Frequently Asked Questions

Q:Can I book a free consultation?
A: Yes, if you go to the
Book Online page on this website and hit the 'Book now' button. This will let you book a 30 minute free consultation where I can identify your fitness goals, past experience with fitness and also let you ask any questions/concerns you might have.

Q: How can I book a session.

A: There are several ways to book. The easiest is to go to the Book Online page and click on 'Book now'. You can also find the booking option on the Instagram and Facebook Page. Alternatively, please email in at info@ur-fitness.co.uk to see availability which may not be offered online.

Q: Where are you based?

A: In North West London, Pinner

Q: Is the training 1 to 1 and will others be using the studio?

A: Yes, the training is 1 to 1 and catered to your fitness goals. No, the studio will only be accessible by you during your session time

Q: How long is a 1 to 1 session?
A: Typically 1 hour sessions which include a 5-10 minute warm up and 5-10 minute cool down

Q: Will you provide guidance on nutrition as well?

A: I will offer as much guidance as possible on any nutritional advice required in-between working sets. However, if you would like a full nutritional break down of your current in-take and want to completely improve your day to day nutrition then I would advise on enquiring about a 10 session block booking at a reduced rate of £300 (Please see service plans page)

Q: I have a recurring injury, can I still train?

A: Depending on the type of recurring injury, I can provide some rehabilitation work outs catered in your personal training session or suggest alternative exercises that target the same goals without agitating the area. This can be discussed during your consultation or within the consultation form which you need to fill out before your session. For your own peace of mind, you can also refer yourself to your local GP to see what they advise.

Q: I have health/medical conditions, can I still train?

A: Please ensure you raise this during your consultation/add this to your consultation form so I can go through with you in further detail. Depending on the severity of the condition, you may be referred to your local GP for a second opinion.

Q: Can I cancel a booked session?

A: Absolutely, but please do so with a 24 hour notice. Within the 24 hours of your booked session, you will still be charged.

Q: Is the session intense/hard?

A: Your booked session will be tailored to your fitness goals and your current ability. The consultation form/session will allow me to create a program which is more than achievable with the perfect level of exertion to see you reach your fitness goals.

Q: What happens if I am running late for my session?

A: Unfortunately it will be too late to cancel and get a refund or move the session, but I would recommend to still show up as a shorter session is still better than no session at all!
